Tillandsia weberi IN BLOOM

DescriptionTillandsia weberi is a species native to Mexico.  Here’s a description:Appearance:Leaves: Very stiff and firm, forming a dense, somewhat rounded rosette.   Size: Can reach about 4-6 inches in size.   Flowers: Produces a large red inflorescence with purple flowers. Growth Habits:Epiphytic: Like other Tillandsias, it grows on other plants (such as trees) or rocks without harming them. Light: Prefers strong indirect light, filtered light, or partial sun. Care:Watering: Requires regular watering, typically 2-3 times per week. Allow to dry completely within 6-8 hours after watering. Soaking: A monthly soaking in water for up to 4 hours can help rehydrate the plant if it becomes desiccated.
