- Although it did arrive on the last day of the stated time frame, the backpack nevertheless took an inordinate amount of time to arrive. Once it arrived, however, it was well packaged in a resealable plastic bag. The backpack is definitely child-sized. It is perfect for a child to pack clothes for overnight, snacks and drink for hiking, or a few small books or toys for traveling. Children like to pack and repack their bags, so I do not believe that this pack could reasonably accommodate all the items shown in the video describing the backpack. But, if used as intended, it is a great little bag for children. My 6 year old granddaughter loves the “adult” look of the pack and all the pockets for organizing. There is one interior pocket and several exterior pockets for easy accessibility. There are pull strings on the zippers, which make them easy to locate. The pack fits my granddaughter comfortably, and the straps are easily adjusted. The light purple color is a little duller than advertised, so it is a neutral color and not gender specific. The zippers appear to be durable enough for child size loads. There is a double zipper for the main compartment. The exterior nylon is lightweight and water resistant. I wish it extended around to the bottom and back of the pack. All in all, this little backpack has a sophisticated look, is practical for its intended purpose, and the perfect size for children to carry on their next adventure. [...]
