- It was a tight fit for a compact and sub compact pistols but it works! Listing pictures made it look bigger even with the measurements. Hoping I can store other personal essentials but after loading it with my 2 pistols and mags, there’s not much space left. As far as quality and functionality, it’s all what the description and reviews say. For the price, I think it’s right on the money. It’s got some heft but it won’t win awards in toughness. Good deterent but bad actors can and will get inside if they really want to. For safety, it’s as good as it gets offering multiple ways to unlock it. Easy set up with both software and hardware unlocking options. I appreciate the quick response using biometrics and ability to register many fingerprints accurately. The spring loaded lid pops up instantly with every successful fingerprint recognition. Glad my preferred 6 digit key falls with in the limited 1-6 key pad but if your preferred key contains numbers 7-0 you’ll have to rethink of a different PIN that only contains 1-6. Other than that I think this item is designed and built well and serves its purpose of gun safety.
